И так, проверенный рецепт испанского супчика , который меня научила варить кубинка с которой я жила в комнате в аспирантуре. Мужчины мои его просто обожают.
На мясном бульоне сврить фасоль ( белую, цветную лучше отваритвать отдельно)добавить кубики тыквы, картофель и пассировнный на сливочном масле лук и морковь + мяско с косточек.
Сын у меня это всё лопает со сметаной. В оригинале сметаны не было.
